Rapscallion Creation is a dark-ruby ale that is complete with notes of chocolate, plum, and some spice character. What truly makes this beer unique is that 15% of each batch has been aged in oak barrels for a period of months. This wood cask ageing will change the complexion of each batch quite a bit and should lend a "vintage" quality.
